HONOLULU - Senior Dalibor Ptak and junior Ryan Sceats advanced to the USTA Honolulu Futures Main Draw after the two won their Qualifying Round matches, Monday, at the Diamond Head Racquet Club and Ala Moana courts.

Both players are now in the 32-player Main Draw, which begins Tuesday.

Sceats defeated Kevin Arias, 6-2, 6-2, while Ptak outlasted Blake Muller, 6-1, 1-6, 7-6 (5). Sceats will now face David Martin in a Main Draw first round match. Ptak will meet No. 8 seed Alex Kuznetsov.

In addition, Sceats will team up with former Rainbow Warrior Malino Oda in a Main Draw doubles first round match against the top-seeded team of Frederik Nielsen and Rasmus Norby.
