SAN DIEGO - Senior
Kimberly Curtis dropped both of her matches on the second day of the Wilson/ITA Western Regional, Friday, at the Barnes Center Curtis was the last Hawai'i women's tennis player remaining in the tournament.
Curtis advanced to the Main Draw after winning both of her qualifying matches on Thursday. However, she fell in her Round of 64 match to UNLV's Cindy Trebor, 6-3, 6-2. Curtis also dropped her first match in the consolation bracket, 6-1, 6-3, to UCLA's Tracy Lin.
The seven other Rainbow Wahine who participated in the tournament, did not advance to today's Main Draw in either singles or doubles competition.
