STANFORD, Calif. - The Rainbow Wahine golf team found themselves sitting and watching the rain fall on day one of the Peg Barnard Invitational.
Steady rains in the Bay Area caused a stoppage of the first round after approximately 10 holes of play. However, scores were unavailable until the completion of the round early tomorrow morning. Tee times on Sunday were moved up to a 7:30 a.m. shotgun start in an effort to complete the total 36 holes of scheduled play.
