HONOLULU--The University of Hawaii Rainbow Wahine soccer team scored four second-half goals to defeat the UH Alumnae team, 5-0, Saturday morning at the Lower Campus Field.
Sophomore striker Natasha Kai and junior striker Tasha Hagan each scored a pair of goals, while junior midfielder Kalena Eaton tacked on a score of her own in the final minute of the exhibition match.
Among the UH alumnae participating were Nicki Arakawa, Jennifer Churchill, Carmel Hurley, Val Marciel, Camille Kalama, Wannette Miyashiro, Missy Moore, Amanda Paterson, Noelle Takemoto and Leila Wai.
The Rainbow Wahine will play their final home game of the season Monday, October 27 versus Brigham Young. It will be the final home appearances of Arlene Devitt, Mia Moe and Robyn deHay, who will all be honored following the match. There will also be a 10th Anniversary halftime celebration. Kickoff is set for 7 p.m at the Waipio Peninsula Soccer Stadium and admission is free.
