Honolulu -- The University of Hawai`i sailing program has all three of its teams in the top five after the first day of the Rainbow Invite being held at the HCC Marine Education and Training Center.

UH's Red team of Bryan Lake, Jennifer Warnock, Joey Pasquali and Katie Jackson is on top with 40 points. UH's Blue team of Will Edwards, Sarah Reed, Steven Brown and Elena Millard is currently in fourth with 75 points. Hawai`i's Green team with Matthew Stine, Adam DuMouchelle, Blaire Ladd, Scott DeCurtis holds on to fifth with 76 points. Stanford, in second, and UC Santa Barbara, in third, are sandwiched between the UH's with scores of 46 and 69. The Rainbow Invite continues tomorrow at the HCC Marine Education and Training Center with four races beginning at 10 a.m.
