- Threw for career-high 288 yards on 26-of-32 passing and two touchdowns in road win at New Mexico State
- Also rushed for 37 yards and one score
- Completed TD passes of 17 yards to Aaron Bain in the 1st quarter and 6 yards to Kealoha Pilares in 2nd quarter
- Rushed one yard for a score on first play of the 2nd quarter, giving UH its first lead of the game at 21-14
- Also converted a 2-pt conversion, which put UH ahead 35-17 at the half
