Lauren Sale enters her second season as the Hawai‘i Assistant Swim Coach after joining the program in the fall of 2024.

Finished second in 200 back (2:01.95) and fourth in 100 back (57.01) at the 2020 Mountain West Championships.
Helped lead Boise State to the 2018 Mountain West Championship.
Competed at the 2019 Pacific Games representing Samoa, earning gold in the 200 back and 200 IM.
First swimmer to win gold medal for Samoa in the Pacific Games (2019).
Holds Samoan record times in the 100 back, 200 back, and 200 IM.
