Robyn Ah Mow Head Shot 2019

Robyn Ah Mow

Head coach Robyn Ah Mow enters her eighth season and ninth year overall leading the University of Hawai‘i women's volleyball program (UH did not compete in 2020-21 due to the COVID-19 pandemic). The former All-America setter has led the Rainbow Wahine to five consecutive Big West titles in 2019, '21, '22, '23 and '24 and seven NCAA Tournament appearances. The Rainbow Wahine captured a second straight Big West Championship title in 2024 to earn the program's 42nd NCAA Tournament berth and extend the 'Bows' streak of NCAA appearances to 31 straight seasons. In May 2024, Ah Mow, a three-time Olympian, and fellow Rainbow Wahine great Heather Bown were inducted into the USA Volleyball Hall of Fame in 2024.

Ah Mow recorded her 100th career win in a five-set victory at UC Davis on Oct. 29, 2022. In 2019, Ah Mow guided the team to the NCAA Regional round for the first time since 2015. For her efforts, the former UH All-American was named the Big West Co-Coach of the Year and AVCA Pacific North All-Region Coach of the Year in 2019 and earned the conference Coach of the Year award again in 2021 and '22.
