Outdoor Hammer Throw: No. 7 – 55.22m (181-2), Apr. 17, 2025 (Bryan Clay Invitational)

Saw action in four meets during outdoor season and three indoors.
Posted the seventh-best hammer throw mark in UH history with a toss of 55.22m (181-2) at the Bryan Clay Invitational.
Came in 11th in the hammer throw at the Big West Championships, throwing 50.85m (166-10).
Threw 52.80m (173-3) to come in fourth at the Stanford Invitational.
Placed 11th at the MPSF Championships indoors in the weight throw, posting a season-best mark of 15.66m (51-4.5).

Before UH

A 2024 graduate of Kelowna Secondary School.
Won the hammer throw at the 2024 Oregon Relays at Hayward Field with a PR throw of 54.40m.
That mark would currently sit in the top eight all-time at UH.
Took home gold at the 2024 Canadian U20 Championships in June with a mark of 51.51m.
Has thrown over 50.00m five other times in 2024.
Set an indoor weight throw PR at the Van Ryswyk Indoor Invitational in March with a toss of 15.05m.
Posted a then-personal best hammer mark of 52.57m at the Athletics BC Championships in July 2023.
Placed third in the hammer throw at the 2023 Nike Outdoor Nationals with a throw of 49.94m.
Came in third at the 2023 Oregon Relays with a throw of 46.17m.
