2005-06: At the WAC Championship, finished 11th in the 100 Fly, 20th in 100 Back, and 21st in 200 Fly...academic all-WAC...UH scholar-athlete...earned third letter.

2004-05: Posted her fastest times in the 100 Free (58.95) and 100 Fly (1:02.87) in the final home dual meet of the year against Washington (Feb. 5)...earned second letter.

2003-04: Sixth best time on the UH squad in the  100 Fly (59.05) during exhibition swim at the WAC Championships....personal best time in the 100 Back (1:01.38) recorded during exhibition swim at WAC Championships...best time in 200 Back (2:20.14) posted at Big West Shootout...earned first letter.

Prep: A 2001 home school graduate while living in Portland, Ore...earned National Honor Roll distinction...earned two letters in swimming while participating in the Beaverton Conference.

Personal: Born May 17, 1985, in Renton, Wash...favorite subject is science...biggest athletic thrill was winning state and qualifying for Junior Nationals...has one younger sister, Tali, and one younger brother, Travis...parents are Korie and Lonnie Sproat on Moorpark, Calif.
