2016 Cross Country (Junior):

Competed in six meets, earning a scoring position in each race
Earned her top finish of the season in the home Big Wave Invitational (Sept. 3) at Kahuku Golf Course, coming in sixth in her lone 5k race of the year (18:57.60)
Her Big Wave time was the third-fastest UH 5k time of the year
Finished 15th at the Sundodger Invitational (Sept. 17) with a 6k time of 22:00.60
Recorded her highest 6k finish at the Big West Championships (Oct. 29) in Kahuku, coming in 13th with a time of 22:26.6, aiding UH to its highest team finish (5th) since 2004.
Finished second among UH scorers and 64th overall at the NCAA West Regional (Nov. 11) in Sacramento, Calif., recording a career-best 6k time of 21:01.9
Registered four of the fastest UH top 10 times of the year in the 6k
Named to Big West All-Academic Team

2015 Cross Country (Sophomore):

Competed in seven meets, finishing as a scorer in each outing
Finished as the top UH runner in three meets, including the Big West Championships (Oct. 31), coming in 22nd in 21:36.72
Led UH with a 40th-place finish at the Santa Clara Bronco Invitational (Oct. 17) with a career-best 6k time of 21:26.7,
Her Bronco Invite race was the best time by a UH runner since the 2007 season and second-fastest time since 2001
Turned in a career-best 5k time of 17:57.3 at the Sacramento State Capital Cross Challenge (Oct. 3), finishing 23rd
Recorded her highest finish in leading UH to the team victory at the Chaminade Invitational (Oct. 10), finishing second in 18:23.4
Posted two of UH's top five 5k times of the season, and two among the top 10 times in the 6k
Named Big West Cross Country Athlete of the Week on Oct. 14 for her performance at Santa Clara
Competed in NCAA West Regional (Nov. 13) for second straight year, ranking second for UH with a 17th-place finish in 23:25.2

2014 Cross Country (Freshman):

Competed in eight meets
Finished first among UH runners in all eight meets she competed in
Season-best 5k time of 19:30 at the Chaminade Invitational (Oct. 11)
Season-best 6k time of 22:35.8 at the Big West Championship (Nov. 2), where she finished 41st
Best finish was seventh at the Chaminade Invitational
Had four top-20 finishes
Clocked in at 20:12 at the BYU-Hawai‘i Invitational (Sept. 20), where she placed 12th
Finished in 23:20 at the Bronco Invitational (OCt. 18), placing 19th

Prior To UH:

Attended North Dakota State University in Fargo, North Dakota for one year
Competed on both the soccer and track and field teams
Member of the soccer team which advanced to the Summit League Tournament finals
Ran unattached in track and field in both the 1500-meters and 3000-meter steeplechase
Selected to the honor roll in fall 2013 and spring 2014 in both soccer and track and field

Prep:

A 2013 graduate of Redondo Union High School in Redondo Beach, California
Member of the Bishop Montgomery High School varsity soccer team for four years
Also competed for BMHS in cross country for the freshman and varsity teams
Earned one letter in track and field for Redondo Beach, competing in the 400m, 800m, and mile events
Best 5k time in cross country was 19:40
Earned all-league honors in soccer as a junior and senior
Received second-team accolades during her freshman and sophomore campaigns
Received the school’s Distinguished Athlete and Scholar Athlete awards
Member of the Strikers FC for 10 years
