SERIES INFORMATION
  • UH snapped a five-game losing streak to San Diego State with its first win over the Aztecs since a 14-11 home victory in 2019.
  • The 32-point win was UH’s largest ever against SDSU. Meanwhile, the 38 points scored were the most since a 49-38 win in 2005.
  • The six points allowed were the least against SDSU since a 31-6 win in 1980.
  • SDSU still leads the overall series 26-12-2 and 13-8-2 in Honolulu.
  • It was just UH’s third win in the last 14 meetings and just its fifth in the last 25.
  • The game was just the second in the last eight to be decided by more than a touchdown.
  • The teams met every year since 2012 as members of the Mountain West with the Aztecs winning 11 of the 14 match-ups.
  • The game marked the final meeting as conference members as SDSU will move to the Pac-12 following this season. The teams announced a future home-and-home series in 2028 and ’29.

  • It’s the longest such streak for the program since a six-game streak spanning the 2010 and 2011 seasons
  • It’s the longest single-season streak since the 2007 squad scored 30+ nine straight times.

  • Harris is the only player in the country to have 100 yards in receiving in five straight games at any point this year.
  • Harris also had three touchdowns for his third straight game with multiple TDs. The last player to do that  was John Ursua in 2018 (Army, Duquesne, San Jose State, 8 TDs).
