2022 HAWAI‘I TRACK & FIELD 

SEASON HIGHLIGHTS

• Alyssa Mae Antolin set a new school record in the indoor 200m dash (24.44).

• The Rainbow Wahine had eight indoor athletes record times or marks inside the top-10 all-time in school history.

• Hawai‘i had five medalists at the Indoor MPSF Championships.

• Lilian Turban took home two Field Athlete of the Week Awards, while Alyssa Mae Antolin earned one.

• Sophia Morgan broke the school record in the 3000m steeplechase (11:00.34).

• Hawai‘i earned medals in 10 events at the Big West Championship to earn its highest finish ever in a conference championship in program history.

• UH had nine athletes make the all-conference team in the Big West.

• Alyssa Mae Antolin was named Co-Track Athlete of the Year in the Big West.

• Hallee Layman (Discus) and Lilian Turban (High Jump) advanced to the NCAA West Regional Prelim.

 A RETURN TO THE TRACK

After Covid-19 cancelled the 2021 season, the indoor track and field team was able to get back into competition this year.

BIG WEST CHAMPIONSHIPS

Nine Rainbow Wahine claimed medals in 10 events at the Big West Championship for the best finish in program history.
