SERIES INFORMATION
Fresno State leads the series 28-22-1, including 15-8-1 in Fresno.
Fresno State has won seven of the last eight meetings, including six of seven since UH joined the Mountain West in 2012.
The 50 points by Fresno State were the most UH surrendered against the Bulldogs since a 70-14 loss in 2004.
 
STREAKS/TRENDS
In its last seven games, the Rainbow Warriors trailed at the half five times, led once and were tied once.
John Ursua has caught at least one pass in 27 straight games.

TEAM NOTES
•    The 50 points scored by Fresno State is the most allowed by UH this season.
The 37 first-half points by Fresno State were the most by a UH opponent since Boise State led UH 49-0 at the break in 2015.
•    The 562 yards by Fresno State were the second-most by a UH opponent this year (653 at Colorado State).
•    The game included a 30-minute delay when a bank of stadium lights went out with 5:34 left in the first quarter. It was the second straight year the teams had a delay. Last year, the teams endured a 40-minute weather delay at Aloha Stadium.
•    UH played without leading tackler and senior team captain Jahlani Tavai. Tavai also missed UH’s season-opening road win at Colorado State.
•    Ronnie Rivers' 76-yard touchdown run early in the second quarter was the longest play from scrimmage by a UH opponent this year.
•    UH is 2-3 in road games this season, including a 2-1 mark in MW play. Under Rolovich, UH is 6-11 in road games, including a 5-6 record in MW road contests.
•    UH has averaged only 20.5 points and 340.0 yards of total offense in its last four games after starting the season averaging 42.0 points and 495.8 yards of total offense in its first six contests.
•    UH was able to score 20 points against a Fresno State squad that allowed 13 points total in its previous three MW games and entered the game as nation’s leader in scoring defense allowing only 12.6 points per game.
•    UH made its fifth appearance on national television this season. The Warriors are 2-3 with wins over Colorado State and Navy and losses at Army, BYU, and Fresno State.
 
INDIVIDUAL NOTES
•    Jojo Ward scored his sixth touchdown this year on a 50-yard bomb from Cole McDonald in the second quarter. It was his third catch this season of 50 yards or longer.
•    McDonald threw just his fourth interception this year when Juju Hughes picked him off on UH’s opening possession of the third quarter.
•    The sophomore quarterback has 30 touchdowns to just four interceptions this season.
•    Ryan Meskell hit a pair of field goals, including a career-long 43-yard on UH’s opening drive. It was his first conversion from 40 yards or beyond.
•    Meskell, who missed on a 53-yarder to end the first half, went 2-of-3 on the night and is 11-of-14 on field goals this year.
•    True freshman Jeremy Moussa saw his first-ever collegiate action when he entered on UH’s first offensive series of the fourth quarter.
•    Moussa finished 3-of-6 for 61 yards and threw a 27-yard touchdown pass to Devan Stubblefield with 1:43 left in the game.
•    Stubblefield’s touchdown was the fifth of his career and first since his redshirt freshman season in 2015.
•    Senior freshman Khoury Bethley led the team with a career-high nine tackles.
