  • UH has dropped 18 straight nationally televised games dating back to 2011 and are 18-57-2 in 77 all-time appearances.
  • UH dropped to 29-58 all-time vs. current members of the Pac-12 conference. UH has dropped its last seven games vs. the Pac-12. It’s last win game at home versus Colorado (34-17) in the 2011 season opener.
  • UH has lost 14 straight road games dating back to 2011. It’s last road win game at Idaho (16-14) on Oct. 29, 2011
  • UH has lost eight straight non-conference road games with its last win at Army (31-28) on Sept. 11, 2010.
  • UH dropped 4-6 all-time against Pac-12 teams on the road. This marked the fourth straight year—and sixth in the last seven years—UH has played a road game against a Pac-12 opponent.
  • UH is now just 3-15 in non-conference road games since 2002 with its only wins at UNLV (2007), Washington State (2009) and Army (2010).
  • UH dropped to 1-11 record against the Power 5 conference teams since 1998 (inception of BCS) with its only win at Washington State in 2009 in a game played in Seattle.
  • The UH defense has allowed just seven combined points in the second half against its three Pac-12 opponents this year, including shutouts of Washington and Colorado.
  • Tyler Hadden improved to 10-of-11 on field goals this year after connecting on  35-, 25-, 41-yards and 24 yards. The 41-yarder was a season long.
  • Hadden’s four field goals was a career high and one shy of the UH single-game record.
  • Steven Lakalaka rushed for better than 100 yards for the second straight game and third time in his career with 123 yards on 19 carries.
  • Lakalaka tied his career-long with a 30-yard rush in the 1st quarter.
  • Ne’Quan Phillips recorded his first interception of the season and fifth of his career with a pick Sefo Liufau on the game’s first play from scrimmage.
  • TJ Taimatuia intercepted his second pass of the year and returned it 34 yards in the third quarter to set up a 24-yard Hadden field goal.
  • UH’s 155 yards passing was its lowest output since a gaining 125 yards in a loss at Air Force in 2012.
  • Senior Kody Afusia returned to the field for the first time since suffering an injured hand in the season opener vs. Washington (Aug. 30). Afusia started at left guard.
  • Juniors Lance Williams and Julian Gener each made their first start of the season and second of their career at outside and inside linebacker, respectively. Gener tied his career high with 11 tackles. Senior Michael Martin made his first career start at safety.
