  • Fresno State leads the series 25-21-1 and 13-7-1 in Fresno. The Bulldogs have won the last four meetings and five of the last six.
  • UH trailed 28-0 at half, marking the first time this year UH was shutout in the first half. The last time UH was shutout in the first half was at BYU in 2012.
  • UH defense pitched a second half shutout for the fourth time this season (also vs. Washington Colorado and San Jose State.
  • UH out-gained Fresno State 353-333, including a 283-74 advantage in the second half.
  • UH drove into the red zone in each of its five possessions in the second half.
  • Marcus Kemp recorded his second straight 100-yard receiving game and third of the season with seven catches for a career-high 117 yards.   
  • Scott Harding set a new UH single-season record with 86 punts. The previous record (82) was held by Chad Shrout during the 1998 season.
  • Harding’s touchback in the second quarter was just his second in 86 punts this year.
  • Julian Gener posted his first sack of the season and second of his career with a second quarter takedown of Brian Burrell
  • All three of UH’s touchdowns came on fourth-down plays. UH was a perfect 6-of-6 on 4th downs.  
  • Harold Moleni scored for the second straight week with a 4-yard reception from Ikaika Woolsey for UH’s first touchdown of the game. It was his third touchdown of the season.
  • Donnie King scored on a five-yard pass from Woolsey on a fourth-down for his second touchdown of the year.
  • Quinton Pedroza scored his third TD of the year on a 2-yd catch with 45 seconds left.  
  • Sophomore defensive back Jalen Rogers recorded his first career interception with a pick of Brian Burrell in the third quarter.
  • Simon Poti recorded his first career interception with a fourth-quarter pick of Burrell.
  • Joey Iosefa, rushed for 69 yards on 22 carries in his final game as a Rainbow Warrior. The native of America Samoa concluded his career fourth all-time in rushing yards with 2,218 yards.
  • Tyler Hadden missed a 30-yard attempt in the third quarter, ending a string of six straight made field goals. Hadden still concluded the season a solid 18-of-23 (.782).
  • UH finished with its fourth straight losing season, its longest streak since five straight from 1994 to 1998.
