“It’s just like last year. The same feeling I had last year. They did some things that they hadn’t done before. I thought they did a few things different and made some good adjustments. They played well.”

 

“They are a scrappy team, we go up and hit balls that we think are going down and they get it up.”

 

“At times I thought we played well, but not for long periods of time. The first set we were real good. We aren’t big giants, we have to make sure we stay in our system longer.”

 

 

 

“I think it’s fantastic to be sitting here right now. The kids did a great job. We have been talking about Utah State for the past three days. They executed and did a great job tonight. We had some obstacles to overcome, having lost to them twice this season.”

 

“I think we threw some people up at the net against them and made them change some things and do things different. We adjusted defensively the last couple of weeks. It was nice to see 60 digs. I thought we controlled the ball well. We came up on the positive end of it.”

 

 

“I felt we were all in a good rhythm for the first time in a long time. We all came together and you knew in the huddle everyone had that desire to play.”

 

 

“We focused a lot on what Utah State was going to do. On the court we played as a team and it helped.”
