IRVINE, Calif. – University of Hawai'i sophomore
Atsuya Oishi was selected as an honorable mention on the Big West Men's Golf All-Conference team.
The Hiroshima, Japan native competed in all 10 tournaments and led the team with a 72.4 scoring average. He had two Top 20 finishes on the season with a season-best eight place at the Bill Cullum Invitational. Oishi posted 12 rounds under par including two in the 60s.
Over his two-year career, the Japan native has a 73.5 scoring average in 51 career rounds played.
Oishi was the only Rainbow Warrior to be named all-conference and the first since
Justin Arcano earned honorable mention honors in 2019.
