HONOLULU – University of Hawai'i Athletics and 'Ahahui Koa Ānuenue are inviting fans to support the nationally-ranked Rainbow Wahine beach volleyball program by making a pledge to the "Hawai'i 5-0" program.

Each dual match is played to a best of five and a sweep is called a "Hawaii 5-0." Fans can pledge anywhere from $5 and up for every match the BeachBows complete a sweep of its opponent.  Last year's team totaled 10 match sweeps in 41 dual matches total. This year's schedule will include at least 32 regular-season matches. The Rainbow Wahine will also host the Big West Championship in April before looking to make a return trip to the NCAA Championship two weeks later.
