LIHU'E, Kaua'i – The back-to-back NCAA champion University of Hawai'i men's volleyball team will be celebrated by the Kaua'i community with a meet-and-greet appearance at Grove Farm, Saturday, May 21. The free event will run from 10:00 – 11:45 a.m., at Puhi Park, located next to Grove Farm Market.
 
Head coach Charlie Wade and several members of the Rainbow Warrior volleyball team will be in attendance for photos and autographs. The team will receive proclamations from the Mayor and City Council.
 
For the second year in a row, Grove Farm will host the celebration for the Kaua'i community to offer their congratulations to the national champions. Ample parking is available at Puhi Park, including handicap parking off Kikowaena Street. There is addition parking at Kaua'i Community College across the street.
 
The Rainbow Warriors repeated as national champion with a straight set victory over Long Beach State May 7 in Los Angeles, Calif.
