The University of Hawai'i women's volleyball team opened up their fall camp on Monday, ending a long layoff without team practices due to the cancellation of the fall sports season by the Big West last fall.
The Rainbow Wahine return eight letterwinners from the 2019 team and bring in eight newcomers, including five fresh faces that were not in Manoa in 2020-21.
Hawai'i ranks amongst the top of the Big West in terms of height, with an average height of 71.82 inches (or 5-11 3/4 inches), ranking second in the conference to Cal Poly (71.91 inches) by a mere 0.09 inch difference in average height.
