The summer baseball action is off and running this summer with 14 Rainbow Warriors playing summer baseball for nineIdifferent teams in seven different leagues across the mainland.

Notables to keep an eye on:

  • Northwoods League takeover: Six Rainbow Warriors are playing in the prestigious Northwoods League. The league encompasses Michigan, Minnesota, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, North Dakota and Ontario, Canada.
  • Manoa-to-Mankato: Four Rainbow Warriors are calling Mankato, Minnesota home this summer. Kole Kaler, Adam Fogel, Dustin Demeter and Alex Baeza will all refine their wooden bat skills together.
  • Scalding Calderon: Naighel Calderon is off to a blistering start. In just two games in the Cal Ripken Collegiate League in Maryland, the outfielder has five hits, two doubles, a pair of stolen bases and a pair or RBI.
