UH Athletics Hosts Spring Blood Drive

HONOLULU – The University of Hawai'i Athletics Department and the Blood Bank of Hawaii are teaming up for its annual blood drive beginning on Sunday, March 21 through Saturday, March 27.

Each blood donation can save up to three lives. Sixty percent of the population will need blood during their lifetime, yet less than 2% of Hawai'i's population donates. Our very own former UH men's volleyball standout Tony Ching could not have fully recovered from his moped accident without the 4 pints of blood he received from generous donors.

To make an appointment, visit BBH.org or call (808) 848-4770. Use group code 1965 at time of check-in.
