Diane Kay joined the University of Hawai‘i Athletics Department in September 2022.
Kay currently holds the position of Mental Health Therapist. In her role, Kay is responsible for providing mental health services to student-athletes, including 1:1 counseling, mental skills training, psychoeducation, mental health screenings, and more.
The Southern California native earned a B.A. in Communications from Brigham Young University, an M.Ed. in Education Policy, Organization, and Leadership from the University of Illinois, and an M.S. in Counseling Psychology from Chaminade University.
She, her husband, and their two children currently reside in Kailua.
