Abreanna “Bre” Lake joined the University of Hawai‘i Athletics Department in February of 2024.
Lake currently holds the position of Assistant Compliance Coordinator. In her role, Lake is responsible for assisting with all day-to-day compliance operations. Her responsibilities include monitoring student-athlete countable athletically related activities; approving off campus recruiting trips; developing and distributing rules education materials for coaches, staff and student athletes; assisting with the management of ARMS software processes; and assisting with roster management.
Lake previously worked at Dominican University of California as an Athletic Compliance Graduate Assistant.
Lake also played women’s basketball collegiately at University of Illinois at Chicago and Dominican.
The Elk Grove, Calif., native earned her degree in psychology from the University of Illinois at Chicago in 2021. Lake also earned her master’s degree in counseling psychology from Dominican in 2023.
Lake currently resides in Honolulu, O‘ahu.
