Watch Demo Video

Step 1: Go to eTicketHawaii.com and sign in to your account
Step 2: Click on [My Account] located in the green submenu at the top of the page
Step 3: Click on the [Exchange] option in the "My Tickets" box
Step 4: Click on the event you would like to exchange your H-Pass for
Step 5: Select the H-Pass(es) you would like to use for the event and click [Next]
Step 6: Click on the event again to continue
Step 7: Select your seats and click [Continue]
Step 8: Select "Mobile Delivery" and click [Next]
Step 9: Review the H-Pass exchange and click [Yes, Submit Exchange]
Step 10:  You will receive two (2) emails after you place your order

Step 4: Click on the event you would like to exchange your H-Pass for
Step 5: Select the H-Pass(es) you would like to use for the event and click [Next]
Step 6: Click on the event again to continue
Step 7: Select an area, add your pass(es) and click [Find Seats]

• Your seats will be assigned automatically from the selected area
• If you would like to pick your own seats, please use a desktop or laptop computer

Step 8: Select "Mobile Delivery" and click [Next]
Step 9: Review the H-Pass exchange and click [Yes, Submit Exchange]
Step 10:  You will receive two (2) emails after you place your order
