2020-21 HAWAI‘I SAILING 

SEASON HIGHLIGHTS

• Due to a schedule ravaged by COVID, both the coed and women's squads were limited to one regatta on the season - the PCCSC Championships hosted by Stanford in late April.

• The Rainbow Wahine finished third in the women's championship, while the coed team also finished third in both the dinghy and team race events.

• The squad was once again guided by former Rainbow sailor and veteran head coach Andy Johnson, the longest tenured coach at UH with 32 years of experience.   

GIRL POWER

Devon Stapleton and Hayden Lahr served as team captains in 2020-21, marking the first time in program history that UH boasted an all-female captaincy.
