This ticket is a revocable license and may be taken up from the Holder and admission refused. It is understood that the license granted by this ticket is for the purpose of viewing the event (exhibition, display, game or affair) only as an eyewitness. The University of Hawaii (“UH”) and the Aloha Stadium Authority will not be responsible for injuries suffered by the Holder arising out of or resulting from the performance or presentation of the event for which this ticket is issued. This ticket may not be used for advertising, promotions (including contests, sweepstakes and giveaways) or other trade or commercial purposes without the prior expressed written consent of the UH. The Holder of this ticket expressly and irrevocably grants to UH and its assigns and licensees to use the holder’s image, likeness and statements, including without limitation any broadcast or reproduction of the event, and any promotion or advertising. This ticket may not be sold or offered for sale at a premium above face value or sold on UH premises. The UH is the only authorized seller of tickets to this event. All bags are subject to check. Specified events may not allow any type of electronic or recording devices.

UH ATHLETICS GUEST CODE OF CONDUCT
UH Athletics is committed to provide a memorable experience for its guests in a safe and enjoyable environment. When attending an event, the facility staff will proactively intervene to support an atmosphere free from the following behaviors:
- Harassment, foul, obscene, offensive or abusive language or actions.
- Obstructing the view of other guests.
- Signs of impairment due to intoxication.
- Smoking.
- Fighting.
- Unruly or inconsiderate behavior.
- Throwing of any objects.
- Interfering with the progress of the event(s) or entering the court.
- Failing to follow instructions by facility personnel.
- Failure to sit in assigned location or seat.
- Destroying or defacing arena property.
- Loitering.
- Failure to follow facility policies and procedures.
Guests who choose not to adhere to the “Guest Code of Conduct” will be subject to removal without refund. Please notify an usher if you need assistance or to report any violations.
