Step 1: Log in to your account from your smartphone at HawaiiAthletics.com/MyTicketAccount
Step 2: Click on
[My Account] located in the submenu (three horizontal lines) at the top right of the page
Step 3: Click on the
[Exchange Tickets] option
Step 4: Click on the event you would like to exchange your H-Pass(es) for
Step 5: Select the H-Pass(es) you would like to use for the event and click
[Next]
Step 6: Click on the event again to continue
Step 7: Select your seats and click
[ADD TO CART]
Step 8: Select "Mobile Delivery H-Pass" and click
[Next]
Step 9: Review the H-Pass exchange and click
[Yes, Submit Exchange]
Step 10: You will receive two (2) emails after you place your order
