Signature Setup Instructions for UH Gmail (desktop):

1. Drag through and copy the logo, signature information and social media icons below
2. Open and log into your Gmail account
3. In the top right, click Settings (gear icon) and then "See all settings"
4. In the “Signature” section, click "+ Create new" button and give your new signature a distinctive name (e.g., “OT.HT.”) and then click "Create"
5. Paste the signature you previously copied into the signature text box. Personalize your signature by editing the "Your Name", "Title" and phone info.
6. Set your signature default for "New Email Use" & "On Reply/Forward Use" by selecting the new signature from the drop-down menu. 
7. At the bottom of the page, click Save Changes
