Bri Gunderson earned second-team honors on The Big West 2025 Women's Volleyball All-Conference Team and a total of five Rainbow Wahine players received recognition from the conference.
The Big West announced its postseason honors on Tuesday and along with Gunderson's selection, setter

Cha'lei Reid and middle blocker
Miliana Sylvester were honorable mention picks. Reid was also voted to the conference's All-Freshman Team by the league's coaches.
In her lone season in Mānoa, Gunderson led the Rainbow Wahine and ranked second in the conference with 115 total blocks and 1.16 blocks per set and earned two Big West Defensive Player of the Week awards. The senior also hit a team-best .300 for the season to place ninth in the Big West. She finished second on the team with 234 total kills (2.36 per set) and 311.5 points (3.15 per set). She posted double-figure kills in 10 matches, including a high of 16 in the regular-season finale against Long Beach State, and hit .400 or better in eight matches.
In her first season of full-time setting, Arquette finished fourth in the Big West with 8.63 assists per set and picked up two Big West Setter of the Week honors. The sophomore posted 10 double-doubles and two triple-doubles this season, becoming the first UH player since 2018 to post double figures in kills, assists and digs in a match.
Leyva took on the libero jersey as a sophomore and led the 'Bows and ranked fifth in the Big West with 4.14 digs per set and earned a Big West Defensive Player of the Week award. She recorded a total of 435 digs and her season average ranks fourth in program history. She posted double-figure digs in 23 matches, including the last 12 in a row, went over 20 digs seven times. Leyva also finished second on the team with 26 service aces.
Reid became just the fourth freshman to lead the team in kills since 1981 and the first since 2019. She finished eighth in the Big West with 335 total kills and her average of 3.35 kills per set ranked seventh. She posted 10-plus kills in 19 matches and had five double-doubles. Reid also led the Big West with 44 service aces, the program's highest total since 2019, and her average of 0.44 aces per set ranked 33rd in the nation. She was the Big West Offensive Player of the Week on Sept. 8 and earned two Big West Freshman of the Week awards.
Sylvester made the Big West All-Freshman Team last year and added an honorable-mention selection as a sophomore. She averaged 2.43 kills and 0.91 blocks per set and finished second on the team and 10
th in the conference with a .288 hitting percentage. She had seven matches in double-figure kills and posted a season-high 10 blocks against Texas State.
