HONOLULU – The University of Hawai'i posted 78 student-athletes who earned Academic All-Big West honors for winter and spring sports during the 2020-21 season. The sports included baseball, men's and women's basketball, beach volleyball, men's and women's golf, softball, men's and women's tennis, track and field, men's volleyball and water polo.
 
The track and field team had the most honorees (14) followed by softball (13) and baseball (10).
 
To be eligible for the All-Academic team, student-athletes have to maintain a 3.0 cumulative grade point average, complete one full year at the member institution prior to the season for which the award is being received (at least a sophomore academically) and competed in at least 50 percent of their team's contests.
