"WarriorCast" is a monthly podcast centered around storytelling and the in-depth workings of the athletic department, told by coaches, student-athletes, administrators, and support staff. Hosted by assistant media relations director Eric Mathews, a former 10-year plus veteran of the broadcast industry, listeners of the podcast can expect new episodes on the second Tuesday of every month with the occasional surprise episode.

A three-part mini-series featuring men's basketball assistant coach Jabari Trotter, men's volleyball assistant coach Joshua Walker, and women's basketball coach Paris Johnson, discussing their personal experiences of being a person of color in life, as a student-athlete, and as young coaches. Their stories open up a dialogue for fans and followers of UH athletics to listen to their realities and better understand why there are widespread conversations about social injustice and social unrest.
