Final Results
SAN JOSE, Calif. – The University of Hawai'i women's golf team completed the Juli Inkster Spartan Invitational in 12
th place Tuesday at the Almaden Golf and Country Club.
The Rainbow Wahine posted scores of 320, 323, and 328 for a 971 total during the two-day tournament, which was won by No. 9 California with a total score of 881. Cal's Emily Childs took titlist honors with an even par 216.
UH's top finisher was freshman
Anna DePalma, who shot an 8-over 80 on Tuesday for a three-round total of 239 (77-82-80) and a tie for 45
th place. Junior
Erika Lundberg finished one stroke behind DePalma after firing a final round 82 for a 240 total (81-77-82).
Sophomore
Brigitte Baker shot her second straight 84 for a 245 total (77-84-84). Sophomore Ka'ili Britos also matched her Round 2 score of 82 for a 249 total (85-82-82) while freshman Charlee Kapiioho rounded out the squad with a 254 total (88-82-84).
The Rainbow Wahine will next host the 19-team Dr. Donnis Thompson Invitational, March 14 and 15 at the Kane'ohe Klipper Golf Course at the Marine Corps Base Hawai'i.
