HONOLULU - The No. 15 University of Hawai`i Rainbow Wahine volleyball team took their show to the road last week, earning sweeps at Fresno State and San Jose State to move their record to 9-4 overall with a 3-0 record to start WAC play.
Hawai`i will now start a stretch where they will play seven matches in 11 days, including the longest road trip of the season (by distance) in the middle of it. The long stretch starts with conference matches against Utah State, Nevada and Boise State on Friday, Oct. 6, Sunday, Oct. 8 and Monday Oct. 9, respectively. The match times will be at 7 p.m. vs. Utah State and Boise State, and at 4 p.m. against Nevada. Please note, the Nevada match time has been changed from 5 p.m. to 4 p.m. due to travel changes.
Radio Coverage
Sports Radio (1420 AM) will broadcast the matches live with Scott Robbs handling the play-by-play. Matches can also be heard over the Internet on www.sportsradio1420.com.
Television Coverage
KFVE (Channel 5) will broadcast the matches live with Jim Leahey (play-by-play) and Chris McLachlin (color commentary). The broadcast is also streamed live over the Internet at www.hawaiiantelmedia.com for a fee.

Ticket Information
Tickets for the matches will be $19 for lower level seats, with upper level seats running from $16 for adults, $10 for seniors, $6 for students and $3 for UH students. Members of the Armed Services will be honored at "Military Weekend" festivities at both the University of Hawai`i women's volleyball match against Nevada on Sunday, Oct. 8, at 4:00 p.m. at the Stan Sheriff Center. Members of the Armed Services, both active and reservists, will receive two tickets for the price of one (no limit). A valid military identification card is required when purchasing tickets.
