OKLAHOMA CITY, OKLA. - University of Hawai`i diver Maggie Roberts finished the second day of the NCAA Zone E Diving Championships today at Oklahoma City Community College. Today's event for the women was the 1-meter diving.

Roberts finished the 1-meter finals with a score of 508.90, placing her seventh amongst the eighteen divers who participated in the event. She finished behind divers representing USC, Stanford, Arizona State, UCLA, and Northern Arizona.

"She dived pretty well today for being under the weather," said head diving coach Mike Brown. "She is performing much better than she did a year ago."

Tomorrow is the last day of competition and features the platform diving event for both the men and the women. The competition gets underway at 11 a.m.
