- Kanani Herring had a huge weekend, hitting .429 with 4.10 kills and 3.10 digs per set.
- Herring was named the Most Outstanding Player of The Honolulu Advertiser Volleyball Challenge.
- The freshman had a career-high 22 kills and 16 digs vs. No. 12 Minnesota, hitting .366.
- She then hit .400 with seven kills and six digs in just two sets vs. Wyoming and pounded 13 kills and nine digs while hitting .571 vs. Cincinnati.
- On the season, Herring is hitting .297 with 3.40 kills and 3.00 digs per game.
