“Sink Or Swim” Set For This Friday

HONOLULU – The University of Hawai'i women's water polo team and men's volleyball team will square off in an exhibition match Friday, Oct. 28 at the Duke Kahanamoku Aquatic Complex. The match begins at 5:00 p.m. and admission is free.
 
“Sink Or Swim” pits first-year head coach Maureen Cole's water polo squad against Charlie Wade's men's volleyball squad in a friendly rivalry aimed at give fans and players alike an entertaining diversion from fall training. The men's volleyball team will move from confines of the Stan Sheriff Center court to the Duke Kahanamoku Pool, where they will practice with the Rainbow Wahine in the days prior to the exhibition.
 
The exhibition is a revival of highly-successful pair of exhibition matches played by the programs nearly a decade ago.
