HONOLULU – The University of Hawai`i men's volleyball team returns to the Stan Sheriff Center to take on New Jersey Institute of Technology for a two-match home stand, with the first match on Friday, March 20 and the final match on Saturday, March 21. First serve for both matches is at 7 p.m.
 
 
No. 13 UH will be playing out of conference this week, before heading back on the road for four straight conference matches. The Warriors enter the week 4-13 overall and 3-11 in Mountain Pacific Sports Federation action. NJIT comes to the islands with a 3-13 overall record and a 0-7 EIVA record.
 
UH currently sits in 10th place in conference play, while its next two conference opponents are first place UC Irvine and ninth place UCLA.
 
The meeting against NJIT will be the first against the Highlanders in school history.

Series History: This will be the first meeting between the two schools.
Promotion: Season-ticket holders in all UH sports will receive 50% off adult tickets (maximum of eight) to both matches against NJIT. Tickets can be purchased at the Stan Sheriff Center Box Office (Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.) or by calling 944-2697. Advance purchases are encouraged. Tickets are in special sections and supplies are limited. Other restrictions may apply. The Hawaii Army National Guard is the match sponsor on Friday and Hawaii Airlines is the match sponsor on Saturday.
