COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – For the third consecutive season, the University of Hawai'i football team is well-represented in recognition for its academic, with 20 members of the squad appearing on the Academic All-Mountain West Team, officials from the conference office announced Thursday.

Among those recognized were four-time honorees
Ben Clarke (OL),
Marrell Jackson (DB), and
Harold Moleni (TE), while
Brodie Nakama (LS) and
Damien Packer (DB) received their third consecutive honors. Receiving recognition for the second straight year were
Keelan Ewaliko (WR), Penitito Fa'alologo,
Jason Muraoka (WR),
Ryan Pasoquen (WR) and
Ikaika Woolsey (QB).
To be eligible for selection, student-athletes must have completed at least one academic term at the member institution while maintaining a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or better, and be a starter or significant contributor on their athletic team.
