Kolten Wong was an All-American and three-time all-conference honoree during his UH career (2009-11). He helped Hawai‘i win two Western Athletic Conference titles (2010 & ’11) before going on to an 11-year Major League Baseball career. A first-team All-American in 2011 and Freshman All-American in 2009, he was a three-time all-region selection, who hit .358 over his career and ranked third all-time in slugging percentage (.563). He was drafted by the St. Louis Cardinals in the first round of the 2011 MLB Draft and was a two-time National League Gold Glove recipient. He played for the Cardinals, Milwaukee Brewers, Seattle Mariners, and Los Angeles Dodgers.
