2009 (Senior): Started last 10 games at defensive end after missing the first three games due to injury…tallied 39 tackles (21 solo, 18 assisted), including 4.5 for loss…recorded four tackles and had a fumble recovery against Fresno State (Oct. 10)…also had four tackles at Louisiana Tech (Sept. 30) and at Nevada (Oct. 31)…season-high seven tackles, one tackle-for-loss and one pass break-up in win over Utah State (Nov. 7)…seven tackles against Navy (Nov. 28).
2008 (Junior): Started all 14 games at defensive end…tallied 62 total tackles, including 31 solo, and 9.5 for loss (47 yards)…also posted 3.5 sacks (30 yards) and seven quarterback hurries…ranked fifth in the WAC with three fumble recoveries, including two against Nevada (Oct. 25)…career-high eight tackles against San Jose State (Sept. 27).
2007 (Sophomore): Appeared in 11 games at defensive end...totaled 24 tackles, including 3.5 for loss...had three sacks and two forced fumbles...career-high five tackles against New Mexico State (Oct. 27).
2006: Redshirted
2005 (Freshman): Played in nine games off the bench...was in on seven tackles (5 solo).
Prep: : A 2005 graduate of Farrington High School in Honolulu, O‘ahu...an all-league honorable mention selection as a senior...coached by Randall Okimoto...played in the HUB Goodwill Senior Bowl and named Defensive Player of the Game in the Samoa Bowl...also participated two years in basketball, earning honorable-mention all-star status, and one year in track where he won the league shot put championship.
