Tournament Notes
The University of Hawai'i women's golf team heads to Palo Alto, Calif. this weekend to compete in the Stanford Intercollegiate, Oct. 16 through 18, at the Stanford Golf Course.
The Rainbow Wahine will be tested by some of the top teams in the nation, including No. 1 USC, No. 2 UCLA, No. 3 Arizona State and No. 7 California. Also competing in the 15-team field are Arizona, Denver, Oklahoma State, SJSU, Texas, UNLV, USF, Vanderbilt, Washington, and host Stanford.
The three-day tournament will consist of 54 holes played on a par-72 course checking in at 6,154 yards. One round of 18 holes will be played each day.
This will be the first time the Rainbow Wahine will compete in the Stanford Intercollegiate. UCLA is the tournament's defending champion.
